@ CharlieTheStooge:As oppressive as GitHub and the DMCA is at least they publish a record of all the take-down requests that are received and acted upon.

@ CharlieTheStooge:As far as I tell when Nintendo tried to twist the arm of GitLab they just quietly disappeared the repository of Suyu into the abyss and acted very cagey about who exactly sent the notice and the claims contained within. And I think someone from Suyu said they had not even seen the original notice sent to GitLab.
