These are all done with the Pale Moon browser, using Vannilla's version of eMatrix, uCyborg's version of uBO, and being logged in.

For the first image, it's important to disable ytimg.com but enable i.ytimg.com. What's not present at this time, but can be sometimes, is jnn-pa.googleapis.com entry also have to be enabled. You might have to switch "watch?=" with "embed/" to make the jnn-googleapis appear. Remember to allow it and save (this fixes embeds on other sites not working too). You also have to enable the www dot google dot com with 1 script.

For the second image, I only force ytimg again, and videos. Everything else is default as I'm mostly relying on the more fine-grained and detailed eMatrix content-blocking.

For the third image, it's the filterlists I use.

The fourth image are cosmetic changes (active in blue) to remove superfluous stuff.

Also, do not use https://github.com/zerodytrash/Simple-YouTube-Age-Restriction-Bypass/ or all the comments, and after-the-fact loading of side-feed and channel vids and even feedback overlay won't work.

Furthermore, I use PureURL to strip the ?=si, or maybe it was &=si tracking parameter.

Addendum; Highly suggested to only have one Youtube page active, and use https://addons.palemoon.org/addon/suspender/ to set new tabs as inactive, and open the new tabs with the middle-mouse button.
